After Congress snatched three states (Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan) from the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) kitty, the Twitterati started attributing the term ‘Pappu’, which had been aggressively used for Congress President Rahul Gandhi till now, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi indirectly.
In the wake of the assembly election results, veteran BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha took a jibe at PM Modi and asked as to “who’s turned out to be the real Feku?”
“Sir ji !Now please tell us who’s ‘Pappu’ and who’s turned out to be the real ‘Feku’! Our own dashing, dynamic & of course charming @RahulGandhi once again and once for all has shown his charisma. Sirji ‘Taali Captain ko to Gaali bhi captain ko‘! Don’t you think Rahul Gandhi,” Sinha tweeted.
Sir ji !
Now please tell us who’s ‘Pappu’ and who’s turned out to be the real ‘Feku’!
Our own dashing, dynamic & of course charming @RahulGandhi once again and once for all has shown his charisma.

Crediting Rahul Gandhi for Congress’ victory in the three states, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Chief Raj Thackeray said that Rahul Gandhi who was referred to as “Pappu” by his opponents has now become “Param Pujya” (most respected).
“Rahul Gandhi was alone in Gujarat, even in Karnataka and now too. Now Pappu has become Param Pujya. Will his leadership be accepted at the national level, you are seeing it,” news agency ANI quoted Thackeray as saying.
Many eminent leaders across the party lines and personalities from differnet fields congratulated the Congress chief for his party’s victory and stressed on the tag ‘Pappu’ which could no more be associated with the latter.
Bhakto ka Pappu has become Bhakto Ke Papa congratulations to @RahulGandhi for his tremendous victory in Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, it's time for @BJP4India to introspect. Arrogance, Nehru, Gandhi, Ram Mandir will not work its performance that counts @narendramodi

And for my friends in the BJP – you can’t blame @RahulGandhi for losing elections & not apply the same yardstick to Modi ji. If those were Rahul’s losses then these 3 heartland state losses belong to the Prime Minister & his policies.

Now that @RahulGandhi is no more the joker in the pack; he is the victor, a gracious, dignified victor after a long hard battle, BJP (and the media) will have to find new words to describe him— hopefully more respectful. And, hopefully, this time, they will lay off his family

Small things matter. When @RahulGandhi began his presser yesterday evening & @rssurjewala handed him the mic, RG took it without so much as a nodded thank you. Simple courtesies reflect background that money can’t buy

Not only has Pappu passed, he has earned an instant PhD. Let's hope he stays the course and doesn't get distracted. India needs him to see the 2019 Elections through.

Congress’ victory in three states has acted as a great booster for the party and people are crediting Rahul Gandhi for this triumph. Some even said the this was the most valuable gift for Gandhi as the results were announced on the day he completed a year as the party president.
No matter how much you humiliate Rahul Gandhi, use derogatory terms for him, he has proven that actions speak louder than words.
