The Congress on Thursday took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for having completed a total of 100 scams, the latest being Rs. 340 crore scam in the Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board (GWSSB) as alleged by former state Chief Minister Suresh Mehta.
